We provide this forum to educate, help, and entertain decent, law-abiding
people, and we prosecute hackers and spammers; the FBI and Interpol are on my speed dialer. If you have genuine registration problems, a simple e-mail to forum@makingherhappy.com will get them resolved quickly and easily, so don't panic.
If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. For your protection and that of all members, you must register before you can post, so click the register link above to proceed;
you may read all member content without registering. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below. Registration is free, only you choose what personal information, if any, you want to share with other members.
We do not share you contact information with anyone for any reason except by court order or in an effort to aid law enforcement in identifying a stalker or sex offender. We value your privacy as much as you do and will not knowingly violate it. This is a place to learn, solve problems, train, and make new friends, not a place to seek validation, spam, or abuse other members. Be a part of the community or seek life elsewhere.
DO NOT BOTHER REGISTERING IF YOUR ONLY PURPOSE HERE IS TO SPAM THIS SITE WITH LINKS TO ANOTHER SITE.
For the protection of all members, linking is disabled for all registered
members, and they are warned not to visit URL's posted by registered members
unless they recognize them. This is our town, Spammers and Hackers, and we aim
to keep it.
Greetings, Unregistered! And welcome to Manville, USA, the makingherhappy.com
forum! This site is now out of beta status, but we have not yet reached a large enough user community to justify subscriptions, so all forums, features and content except for the Private Coaching Forum will be available to all registered members;
anonymous guests may read all posts but may not post anything, as we are trying to protect members from spammers, stalkers, and abusers; be warned if you are in one of those groups, we prosecute. We are also making a concerted effort to weed out validation-seekers, drama-mongers, and people looking for a place to "hold court." We'll also keep an eye out for the blind trying to lead the blind and intervene when necessary to keep everyone on the right path. Our purpose here is to be a great resource for good people, not a catch-all for haters, blamers, and drama queens.
At some point in the future, some forum areas and features may become subscription-based, but until we have a large enough community with sufficient activity to be active, interesting, and valuable; it's now interesting and valuable, but not as active as I would like, so access is still free in exchange for your participation and feedback. We have researched extensively what such features and services are costing elsewhere on the Internet, and in the interest of reaching as many people as possible and quickly building a large community of friends and clients so that all may derive maximum information and pleasure from the community, if and when we do go to subscriptions, pricing will be DIRT CHEAP for what you are getting. Subscription pricing is already disclosed in the "Paid Subscriptions" section of your personal settings, and you're quite welcome to compare it to everywhere else. The forums available to each subscription level with verbose descriptions are listed in the F.A.Q., linked from the menu bar at the top of your screen near the left.
A quick note: once registered, you will be required to make a few posts with human verification ("CAPTCHA") and then will be automatically promoted to a group that doesn't requirement. The number is high enough to thwart spammers but not high enough to make someone with a legitimate issue unduly inconvenienced to get there.
Have fun, make suggestions, point out bugs if you see them via the PM (private message) feature, start a blog, check out the live chat (if you click on a name in the chat room roster you have the option of ignoring them or switching to private one-on-one chat), and take full advantage of what is available to you. And keep an eye on the "What's New" section and the home page for more announcements as we tweak and add features.
Take care, and enjoy!
